There are many ways to support our work.

Your donations help ensure that no one has to suffer, transition, or die alone. Less than 20% of Maitri’s annual operating budget is earmarked for administrative and fundraising expenses, meaning your gift goes directly toward providing care. Maitri is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Join Our Sangha

In Sanskrit (where our name comes from), a Sangha is a community that joins together to form a whole. Members of our Sangha of Giving make a reoccurring monthly donation to Maitri, which enables us to adapt and better respond to the needs of the people we serve. Your faithful and consistent donation allows us to meet the critical needs of our residents without the fear of uncertainty or scarcity.

Members of our Sangha will receive a monthly email highlighting some of the amazing work your partnership makes possible.

Every gift matters because every gift helps. But specifically:

• $10/month supports a meal for a resident as they recover their strength
• $15/month provides comfort elements for residents like robes and socks
• $30/month supports a group therapy session for residents
• $50/month provides entertainment our residents look forward to
