Compassionate care that supports the whole person
HIV/AIDS Residential Nursing Care
Provides 24-hour expert clinical care for people living with HIV/AIDS in a home-like setting. We specialize in hospice, palliative, and respite support, ensuring a bridge of dignity in a home-like setting.
BRANCH Aftercare
Our BRANCH program empowers Maitri clients with the continued support and stabilization tools necessary to live independently, healthily, and connected to community for as long as possible.
Maitri Affirmation Center (MAC)
A dedicated sanctuary for the Transgender, Gender-Diverse, and Intersex (TGI) community providing short-term, specialized nursing care for individuals surrounding their gender-affirming surgeries.

Medical Care
Clients receive clinically excellent care from a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, therapists, social workers, and attendants.
Accommodations
Every client gets their own single-occupancy room that is designed to be healing and nurturing.
Food & Nutrition
We serve three home-cooked meals daily designed to meet clients’ dietary, nutritional, and taste needs and preferences.
Social Work Case Management
Social workers support clients by connecting them to the community resources they need to meet their goals.
Mental Health & Therapy
Our on-site mental health services are designed to meet clients where they are with individual and group therapy options.
Volunteer Programs
Trained volunteers are available to meet the emotional and practical needs of clients as a community of support.
Spiritual Support
Clients can receive ongoing support from pastoral volunteers.
Client Education
On-site classes equip clients with the skills they need to successfully transition to independence in the community.
Client Activities
Regular activities help our clients build community and engage in their passions.
